You know what would be even better to see though…. Companies celebrating 10+ people getting promoted and/or celebrating their work anniversaries! Thanking them for their work and all they have achieved!
This isn’t a dig, but too many companies only seem to focus on sharing their growth and hiring success on day 1 – the reality behind it, they hire big because only a % stay
We need to focus on celebrating the achievements of the people that are the force behind your company’s/team’s success, not just the stats that look good for an LI post!
