Sales Development Representative
We are currently working with a global SaaS business whose experience management platform collects employee and customer experience data providing analytical insights and a competitive edge to its users. They have over 4500 customers across 50 countries. They are looking for an experienced SDR to join their team in Oslo.
What will you do?
• Research and find new leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
• Utilise LinkedIn, cold calling, and other methods to generate new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that you will evaluate as Sales Qualified Leads to be passed on
• Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager to coordinate and schedule potential opportunities to set up meetings or calls between prospective and Sales Manager
•Identify the prospect's needs and suggest an appropriate solution
•Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, aim to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to sales activity required to hit targets
Experience:
- 12months B2B sales experience OR 6+ months SaaS SDR experience
- Strong track record as a high performer
- Clear verbal and written communicator
- Efficiency with tech-tools
- Ability to be in office 4 days a week during ramp up, then 3 days a week
Compensation:
- 35-42.5NOK monthly + uncapped commission
