A CSM with experience of assisting a selection of customers in the use of Enterprise Feedback Management. You'll be able to build long-term relationships with customers and act as their adviser and consultant, in turn helping them receive the best value from the services provided
What you'll be doing:
- Developing long-term and trusted partnership with customers, becoming a trusted advisor
- Helping customers overcome business challenges and assisting through workshops, gatherings, consultancy, etc.
- Being active across internal projects across Nordic offices (Oslo, Stockholm and Espoo / Helsinki)
