Customer Success Team Lead
As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their business needs are met and exceeded, with a focus on large B2B customers in the DACH area. Additionally, you will lead and coach other Customer Success Managers in the region.
You will represent our company to customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and consistently adding value to their business. The role can be based in Switzerland or Germany.
What you’ll do:
- Fuel business growth by improving customer experience and increasing customer engagement.
- Take ownership of leading customers through the onboarding process to project delivery and resolution.
- Engage in technical conversations with clients, supporting them with configurations, API integrations, system architecture, and general technical problem-solving.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.) to represent the voice of the customer and drive better results.
- Effectively manage the tracking and resolution of customer escalations.
- Analyze statistics and produce reports.
What you’ll bring: This is a technical customer relationship management role supporting a remote sales team in a scale-up company. You will need leadership skills, a technical mindset, and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks to ensure a positive customer experience. You must possess excellent communication skills in both German and English and be able to communicate at all levels.
In addition, you have:
- A degree in Technology or Business.
- Experience working in a technical, customer-facing role (Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Project Management, Professional Services).
- Previous experience with customer projects or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to concisely articulate complex technical issues and solutions internally and externally.
- A proactive approach to work and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Prior experience in the EV industry (considered an advantage).
- Right to work in the EU.
