Nordic Sales Manager
An opportunity for an experienced Sales Leader to join a leading Nordics SaaS provider, to head up their acquisition sales teams. You will be responsible for all team across the Nordics, with reports in Norway, Sweden and Finland
What you'll be doing
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing an inbound sales function and strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. You will lead, drive and mentor a high-performing sales team across the Nordics
What we need:
An experienced sales leader with a proven background of driving new business/logo sales across the Nordics. You will ideally come from a SaaS/Tech sales background and have a proven track record of over achievement. Alongside experience in building a high performing sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve software revenue targets, with a focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, including creating a framework for onboarding, training, and career path development for our New Sales Organization.
- Oversee the management of sales staff to drive the execution of acquisition plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission.
- Implement business development strategies that exceed targets for profitable, predictable, and repeatable sales execution.
- Lead strategic negotiations with key prospects, utilizing office-to-office selling techniques to build and maintain senior-level relationships.
- Take charge of recruiting, directing, and evaluating the sales team within the Nordic region.
Salary: 850k NOK + OTE and benefits
