Location: Oslo, Norway

I am on the hunt for a Head of Sales to lead the outbound sales team for an established, high growth SaaS company in Norway.

What you'll be doing

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the outbound sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. You will lead, drive and mentor a high-performing sales team across the Nordics

What we need:

An experienced sales leader with a proven background of driving new business/logo sales across the Nordics. You will ideally come from a SaaS/Tech sales background and have a proven track record of over achievement. Alongside experience in building a high performing sales team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and motivating environment to drive high performance.
  • Sales Targets: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities to the senior management team.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, including forecasting and managing expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.

Fluent in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken).

Salary: 800-900k NOK + OTE and Bonus
