Job Title: New Business Account Executive

Location: Hamburg or Berlin, hybrid

Salary: Up to 150k OTE (DOE)

The role:

As a New Business Account Executive, you will be a driving force in our company's expansion strategy. Based in Hamburg or Berlin, you will identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities across The DACH market

Responsibilities:

  • Strive to understand the customer's needs and provide knowledge and awareness to make a business from electric vehicle charging and clean energy services with comprehensive platform solutions including charging infrastructure
  • Ensure that the ambitious sales targets are met
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and be able to expand the company’s customer base
  • Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure

What they need from you:

  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate the business value of various use cases effectively.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products and complex business processes relevant to our target market.
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in mid-market & enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
