Role: Inbound Marketing Lead - Europe

Location: Stockholm, hybrid

Salary: 60k SEK + bonus and benefits (DOE)

Please note this role requires a fluent/business professional level of German

What we are looking for:

We’re looking to hire an Inbound Marketing Specialist to drive marketing efforts across multiple European markets, including DACH, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands. If you’re a Marketer with expertise in content marketing and strong knowledge of SEO, website management, marketing automation, and project management, we want to speak to you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a data-driven inbound marketing strategy tailored to multiple European markets.

• Ensure the website is optimized for lead generation and supports our broader inbound marketing objectives.

• Craft and optimize content and marketing campaigns that resonate with regional audiences, driving engagement and conversions.

• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and improve campaign

effectiveness.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Requirements:

• Native German speaker, with excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Proven experience in inbound marketing with deep expertise in content marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, website management, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot,

HubSpot).

• Excellent project management and leadership skills

• Experience working across diverse European markets, particularly within the DACH region.
