Position: Technical Customer Success Team Lead
Location: Germany (remote, w/ office available)
Salary: 85k + 20% bonus and benefits
We're looking for a sharp and technically skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join a growing team and to support an existing clients base across the DACH market.
As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their business needs are met and exceeded, focusing on large B2B clients in the DACH area. Additionally, you will lead and coach other Customer Success Managers in the region.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth collaboration and consistently adding value to their business.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of leading customers through the onboarding process to project delivery and resolution.
- Engage in technical conversations with clients, supporting them with configurations, API integrations, system architecture, and general technical problem-solving.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.) to represent the voice of the customer and drive better results.
- Effectively manage the tracking and resolution of customer escalations.
What you’ll bring
This is a technical customer relationship management role supporting a remote sales team in a scale-up company. You will need leadership skills, a technical mindset, and flexibility to take on a variety of tasks to ensure a positive customer experience.
In addition, you have:
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Project Management, Professional Services).
- Previous experience with customer projects or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions concisely.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Prior experience in the EV industry is considered an advantage.
