Job Title: Sales Director, EV Networks (Individual contributor role)

Location: Germany or Switzerland - Remote

Salary: 95-110k Fixed + OTE

We are recruiting for a new business Sales Director focusing on large-scale EV charging networks across the DACH market

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic discussions with C-level executives
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, potential customers, and partners to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, implementing effective prospecting strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient management of sales processes, accurate forecasting, and successful deal closures.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed ambitious sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

You are a proactive, results-oriented sales leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong track record of selling complex SaaS solutions. You excel at value-based selling and are skilled at building trusted relationships with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

It would be great if you have experience in:

  • Proven experience in SaaS/platform sales, managing multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN) to drive effective results.
  • Expertise in creating comprehensive presentations, business proposals, and value calculations, along with leading discovery workshops.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing business cases and ROI models in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed (both domestically and internationally).
  • Experience in EV charging/EV platform/solution sales
